Your future role at a glance Location: Racine, WI Facility: All Saints Hospital Department: Respiratory Therapy Schedule: Day Shift | Full-time How you'll make an impact in this role Deliver compassionate, high-quality direct care and advanced respiratory modalities to stabilize patients, promote recovery, and enhance overall quality of life. Coordinate the full patient care journey—from initial assessment through discharge planning—collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, well-integrated care. Perform precision specimen collection and diagnostic testing, continuously monitoring real-time patient responses to enable timely, informed clinical decisions. Empower patients, families, and clinical staff through tailored educational materials and support groups that foster long‑term recovery and community wellness. Support care delivery across diverse specialty units, adapting seamlessly to floating assignments while maintaining exceptional standards of patient safety and clinical excellence. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Respiratory Care Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
