The ERP Analyst plays a critical role in optimizing and maintaining our client's Finance ERP system to enhance business operations. This role is responsible for configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting the ERP system to ensure it meets the organization’s needs and drives efficiency and growth.

Essential Required Tasks/Examples of Duties

• Administers, configures, and maintains the ERP system to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborates with system users to gather requirements for system enhancements and customizations.
• Master tester of an ERP system including new modules.
• Ensures data integrity and security within the ERP system.
• Analyzes existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, recommending and implementing process enhancements to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Works closely with end-users across all departments to understand their needs and translate them into ERP system solutions.
• Provides training and technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related problems.
• Develop and maintain system documentation including standard operating procedures (SOPs), user manuals and training materials to facilitate user adoption and ensure consistent use of the ERP system.
• Creates and maintains reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Performs data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborates with IT and other departments to integrate the ERP system with other business applications, including BORIS, Eagle, and the GIS sytem.
• Works with external vendors and consultants for system integrations and specialized projects.
• Ensures compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in ERP system management.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree required in computer science, finance, information technology, business administration, or related field - required.
• Master's degree in related field - preferred.

Experience

• 3 years experience as an ERP Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful ERP system implementation and support

Or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides evidence that the applicant possesses the Necessary Applicant Traits.

NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS (in addition to above requirements):

• Work is generally scheduled M-F
• Regular, predictable attendance is required
• Work is performed at our client's work locations with the ability to perform some duties remotely in accordance with our client's remote work policy

• Required to move about office/facilities
• Physical demands are described as light (exert up to 20 lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects)

• Tasks may require use of computer for several hours

• Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and related modules.
• Experience with data analysis tools and reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Knowledge of government-specific ERP solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Listen well and communicate clearly in English, verbally and in writing with various audiences and through various channels.
• Working knowledge of ethical guidelines as outlined by professional standards and/or federal, state or local laws, rules, and regulations.
• Working knowledge of the policies, procedures and goals of our client
• Knowledge of Google Suite
• Ability to interview cross functional subject matter experts and translate their description into actionable instructions

Working Relationships

INDEPENDENCE OF ACTION :

Works under the general direction of the Deputy Director. Meets with the supervisor to establish overall goals and objectives. Exercises moderate independence of judgment in meeting assigned objectives and implementing department/division operations, services, and programs.

PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY :

Provides no supervision to part-time and full-time employees and/or volunteers.

Provides most training to part-time and full-time employees and/or volunteers.
