You'll work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, architects, and end users to maximize the value of our Salesforce ecosystem.If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating across teams, and continuously improving systems and processes, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoServe as the primary point of contact for Salesforce end users, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolutionPartner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document business needs, and implement Salesforce enhancements that align with company goalsDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that support business decision-makingCollaborate with Salesforce architects and developers to test, validate, and deploy new functionality, including participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Support user onboarding and training initiatives to increase Salesforce adoption and effectiveness across the organizationCreate and maintain training materials, user guides, and best practice documentationManage Salesforce administrative functions, including user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and system maintenancePerform routine system audits and assist with platform upgrades and release readiness activitiesConfigure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, and workflowsIdentify opportunities to improve, automate, and optimize business processes within the Salesforce platformContribute to the overall success and scalability of Gogo's enterprise systems environmentWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent practical experience5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experienceDemonstrated experience supporting and configuring Salesforce in a business environmentExperience with Salesforce administration including security, user management, reporting, dashboards, and platform customizationStrong understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform capabilitiesExperience with data management, including data imports, exports, migration, and data quality initiativesAbility to analyze business requirements, navigate ambiguity, and develop scalable solutionsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across technical and non-technical teamsSalesforce Certified Administrator certification strongly preferredEven Better If You HaveYou don't need to check every box below.
