That changes the job. You're not grinding out deals all day. Your time goes into knowing the product inside and out, and taking care of the person in front of you. Customers walk a Wrangler with you, ask real questions, and get straight answers. Then they come back four years later and buy from you again.

We know because they tell us. We hold a 4.7 rating on Google across 1,700+ reviews, and our salespeople get named in them constantly. What the job looks like

• Know the Jeep lineup cold. Wrangler trims, towing specs, tech packages. Customers do their homework before they walk in. You need to know more than they do.
• Walk customers through the whole process, from first contact to delivery, without pressure.
• Stay in touch the way customers actually communicate now: text, email, video, social media.
• Work our CRM and follow up. Consistently. This is where most salespeople fall down and where you'll separate yourself.
• Take care of people well enough that they leave you a 5-star review. We pay you for those.

Who does well here

• People who like people. Sounds obvious. It isn't.
• Comfortable on your phone and on camera. If you can make a walkaround video that doesn't put someone to sleep, that's a real asset here.
• Self-starters who don't need to be chased, but who don't compete against their own team.
• Car sales experience is fine but not required. Some of our best hires came from restaurants, retail, and other jobs where you live or die on how you treat people. We can teach the rest.
