OverviewLogistics Analyst (F3008 2026-25335):Bowhead seeks a Logistics Analyst to support the NAVAIR Crew Served Weapons In-Service Engineering activity in Crane, IN. The Logistics Analyst will provide logistics management support related to Aircraft Gun Systems.ResponsibilitiesEssential functions will include:Utilize and manage DD1149 (Application for Correction of Military Record) and DD1348 (DoD Single Line-Item Requisition System Document) formsMaintain organized records of forms and ensure compliance with military and federal regulationsOperate and manage ERP systems for inventory management and data entryEnsure accuracy and consistency of inventory data within the ERP systemDevelop and maintain spreadsheet tools for inventory tracking and reportingConduct physical inventory counts to generate regular inventory reports, providing insights and recommendations to managementCoordinate logistics activities including, but not limited to, warehousing, transportation, and distributionMonitor and resolve any issues related to inventory levels, delivery schedules, or logistics processesDevelop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective procurementOther duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's Degree required in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field. Two (2) years of relevant experience. Experience will be considered in lieu of education.Proficiency with DD1149 and DD1348 formsProficiency in using ERP systems for inventory management and data entryAbility to obtain Explosive Certification required.Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPointAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contactsStrong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a teamPhysical Demands:Must be able to lift up to 50 poundsMust be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of timeMust be able to twist, bend and squat periodicallySECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level.
