Job Type Full-time Description We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Management Analyst to join our dynamic team and support operations through comprehensive data analysis and strategic recommendations. Key Responsibilities Collect, review, and analyze data related to government operations, including revenues, employment, and expenditures. Define the nature and extent of organizational problems and develop actionable solutions. Interview managers and employees to observe operations and gather relevant information. Develop mathematical models to support analysis and decision‑making processes. Understand the organization’s structure, internal culture, and its relationships within the government. Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to government stakeholders. Requirements Proven experience in data analysis, problem‑solving, and developing strategic recommendations. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent written and oral communication skills for preparing reports and delivering presentations. Ability to interview and observe organizational operations effectively. Proficiency in mathematical modeling and relevant software tools. Knowledge of government operations and organizational structures is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field. 3 years’ experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis. Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
