HR Manager Location: St. Petersburg, FL Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + Comprehensive Benefits Why This HR Manager Opportunity Stands Out: Partner directly with the COO and leadership team in a highly visible role that impacts over 300 employees across multiple locations Join a stable organization where employees commonly stay 10+ years and people are the priority Be the go-to HR leader for employee relations, benefits, HR systems, onboarding, and compliance Gain hands-on ownership of HRIS, payroll support, benefits administration, and employee experience initiatives Opportunity to improve HR processes while working alongside an experienced, supportive leadership team Growth opportunities as the company continues expanding through new developments Strong benefits package and collaborative culture Key Responsibilities of the HR Manager: Serve as the primary HR resource for employee relations, investigations, performance concerns, and day-to-day employee support Administer employee benefits programs, working directly with insurance broker and benefit carriers to resolve questions and issues Manage and maintain the HRIS, including employee records, onboarding workflows, compliance documentation, reporting, and system audits Oversee onboarding and orientation to ensure a seamless employee experience from hire through integration Support payroll-related HR administration and ensure accurate employee data management Manage one direct report while providing guidance and support across HR operations Oversee learning and development initiatives, ensuring compliance and training requirements are completed Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices Partner with leadership to enhance employee engagement, HR policies, and workplace culture Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and the overall employee experience Qualifications for the HR Manager: 4+ years of progressive HR experience in a Generalist, HR Manager, or similar employee-facing HR role Hands-on experience administering employee benefits, HRIS, onboarding, and HR operations Experience with Paycor, ADP, or similar HRIS/payroll systems (Paycor strongly preferred) Experience supporting benefits administration and working with brokers or insurance carriers Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
