You will lead multidisciplinary teams, strengthen client relationships and oversee the successful delivery of a diverse project portfolio.Key responsibilities include:Leading the Bristol Building Services team and driving technical excellence.Developing and maintaining key client relationships.Overseeing multidisciplinary MEP project delivery from concept through to completion.Managing programme, quality, commercial performance and client satisfaction.Supporting business development, bid submissions and fee proposals.Mentoring and developing engineers within the team.Promoting sustainable and low-carbon building services solutions.Driving innovation through BIM and digital engineering technologies.What You'll Need to Succeed:Degree qualified in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.Chartered Engineer (CEng) status (preferred)Proven leadership experience within a Building Services consultancy environment.Strong technical knowledge across Mechanical, Electrical and/or Public Health Engineering.Track record of developing client relationships and winning work.Commercial awareness with experience supporting bids and tenders.Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience using BIM and digital design tools such as Revit and Navisworks.What You'll Get in Return:Salary of 80,000-90,000.Hybrid and flexible working arrangements.Performance-related bonus.Enhanced pension scheme.Private healthcare and wellbeing benefits.Generous annual leave, with the option to buy additional days.Excellent career development opportunities within a global business.The chance to work on some of the UK's most significant infrastructure and building projects.What You Need to Do Now:If you're interested in this opportunity, click Apply Now to submit your CV, or contact Hays for a confidential discussion about your career. #4822375 - Josh Webb
