It comes from our belief that life is richer when we truly connect to the people and the world around us.About the location:About the Role:The Wedding and Social Sales Manager primary responsibility is secure group wedding, social and celebrations, which include 10 guest rooms or more.  Business from the Social Market for events of all sizes, up to and including full resort buy-outs through active and effective promotion, solicitation, and prospecting, while maintaining Four Seasons standards and maximizing revenue/profit potential.Based on property at our resort in Mexico or in a key feeder market with strong client base.What will you do:Actively solicit new business and respond to inquiries with the intention of confirming profitable business and achieving Sales GoalsConduct property tours and entertain planners of social events, weddings and homeowner events.Coordinate the sales efforts between sales department and events to insure proper utilization of event space to yield maximum revenuesExecute the planning of events after sellingFinalize the requirements of confirmed bookings while maximizing revenue,Ensure satisfaction of client at the outset of all eventsAssist with all guest inquires within the Sales, Marketing and Events Department, including assistance with high telephone volume and walk-in site inspectionsBe fully versed in the facilities and capabilities of the resorts competitive setNegotiate, draft, generate and confirm/sign group contracts that ensure hotel budget and revenue targets are achievedHave a strong attention to detail, monitor quality and be obsessively service orientedWhat You Bring:Position based on property preferred.
