Ensure copy reflects each brand's TOV and mirrors social-first best practices, directly or through leadership of Social Media Managers Define the role of community by identifying reactive and proactive community management opportunities Ensure community tactics align with overall account and campaign strategy Translate creative direction into best-in-class, social-first content with Strategy and Creative teams Build meaningful client relationships through meetings and pitches Oversee and advise on distribution of organic content Critique delivery quality from Social Media Managers using platform expertise Translate strategy into Creator distribution tactics and identify Creator partnership opportunities Collaborate with Media Planners and Social Media Managers on organic performance reporting and data insights Translate performance insights into actions for future content Lead Social Media Managers through weeklies, monthlies, and performance reviews Support professional and personal development of Social Media Managers Support and contribute to hiring Social Media Managers when required Requirements 3-5 years of experience working in social media, agency side Fascination with brands, how they market themselves, and use social media to do this Curiosity about developments of the digital world and excitement about its potential Creative thinking and ability to work independently and collaboratively on content ideation across social Pride in work and meticulous approach to client brands Drive, ambition, adaptability, and a growth mindset Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in social media strategy and community management, with a strong focus on content creation and performance analysis. Proven ability to lead and develop Social Media Managers while fostering client relationships and aligning community tactics with brand objectives.
