Accountant Position at Marsh McLennan Agency's Retirement PracticeWe are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh McLennan Agency's Retirement Practice at Marsh. This role will be based in Urbandale and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of six days per month in the office.As an Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the organization's financial operations while supporting the month-end close, reporting, and regulatory compliance processes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll help drive operational excellence through financial analysis, process improvements, and adherence to industry regulations.
