Job Description

The Production Assembler plays a vital role in the manufacturing process by assembling components and working collaboratively within a medium-sized team to produce high-quality industrial equipment. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to manage materials and equipment efficiently to support smooth production operations.

 

Responsibilities

• Assemble components accurately to meet production specifications
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Handle materials and inventory to maintain workflow continuity
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Manage workstation setup and organization for optimal productivity
• Collaborate effectively with team members within a medium-sized group

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in manufacturing environments
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong manual dexterity and basic tool operation skills
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and quality control measures
• Knowledge of safety procedures and time management
• Ability to work well within a team and maintain attention to detail
