Job Title: Call Center Representative - Banking/Financial Services Location: Columbus, OH Onsite Pay Rate: $19.17/hr on W2 Duration: 6-month contract with Possible extension
Shift: SU-SA 7am-1030pm ET. The day shifts are M-F 8 hour shifts. The expectation is to be able to work a 40 hour shift in the given schedule.
Must have either 1 of the following criteria :
- College Degree
- Previous financial call center experience
Disqualifiers:
- Short term projects
Position Description
- Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on Bank's accounts.
- Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics.
- Functional support areas include Bank's Cash Management products and services, Bank's Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries.
- Successful applicants will be highly professional, career driven, and committed to World-Class Service.
- Ability to contribute in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
- Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center
