This role is crucial in advocating for patient needs, enhancing patient satisfaction, and facilitating seamless healthcare experiences. Position Responsibilities: Act as a communication bridge between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure clarity and understanding of medical information. Advocate for patient needs and concerns, ensuring they are addressed promptly and effectively. Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals to ensure continuity of care. Educate patients and their families about healthcare procedures, treatment plans, and available resources. Monitor patient progress and satisfaction, providing feedback to healthcare teams to improve service delivery. Assist in resolving any patient-related issues or complaints, ensuring a positive healthcare experience. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, adhering to confidentiality and privacy standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and service quality. QualificationsRequired Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field. Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in patient relations or advocacy. Proven track record of effectively managing patient concerns and enhancing patient satisfaction. Experience in coordinating between patients and healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Required Skills and Abilities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy. Proficiency in using healthcare management software and electronic medical records. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
