Tooele Motor Company is growing and looking for an experienced Ford Certified Automotive Technician to join our service team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a skilled technician who is looking for more opportunity, more support, and more earning potential in a high-volume Ford dealership.

For: B-techs with brand or ASE certification. 

• Pay: $30–$65/hr — hourly + production bonus (or flat rate with a 36-hr weekly guarantee ).

• Signing bonus: $5,000 (12-month clawback)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends (or 4×10 option)
• PTO: 2 weeks, vested day one + paid holidays
• Tools: $1,000/yr tool reimbursement program
• Training: $5,250/yr tuition reimbursement + paid factory certification training; ASE fees + pass bonuses
• Gear: $200/yr boot allowance, uniforms, shop jacket

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Ford vehicles according to manufacturer standards
• Perform inspections and identify necessary repairs
• Complete repairs efficiently and accurately
• Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic equipment
• Perform warranty repairs according to Ford specifications
• Communicate repair needs and recommendations with Service Advisors
• Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation

• ASE Certifications Preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Previous dealership experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass background screening
• Ford Certification Preferred
• ASE Certifications Preferred
