Established (20+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Civil Litigation Defense in Harrisburg, PA!

 

A growing and established firm based in Harrisburg, PA with over 16 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-7+ years of litigation experience to join their team onsite. This role will have experience with civil litigation defense, including personal injury and premises liability matters , ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters.

• Salary range: $130,000-$170,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of civil litigation experience is required

• Strong preference is given to experience handling personal injury or premises liability litigation matters

• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills are required

• Comfort managing a litigation caseload from inception through resolution is required

• Active Pennsylvania bar admission in good standing is required

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from intake through resolution

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests

• Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for testimony

• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and settlement conferences

• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy

• Provide clients with clear, timely case status updates and guidance
