Pharmacy Manager

Role Overview The Pharmacy Manager leads and develops a pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring safe dispensing, counseling, immunizations, and compliance with regulations. They oversee daily pharmacy operations, coach staff, support inventory management, and promote a culture of safety, inclusion, and excellence. Key Responsibilities Manage and onboard pharmacy staff, including technicians and pharmacists Support patient care through counseling, immunizations, and clinical services Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards Review operational metrics, develop improvement plans, and maintain workflow efficiency Partner with store leadership to develop talent and maintain a talent pipeline Lead performance management, providing feedback and coaching Maintain industry knowledge through ongoing training and professional development Support access to care initiatives and improve patient outcomes Qualifications & Skills Active Pharmacist License and NPI in the state 1-2 years of pharmacist experience Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks, pivot quickly, and problem-solve Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and standing Commitment to safety, compliance, and ethical standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
