Sr. Manager, Corporate Development & Ventures

MongoDB is hiring a Senior Manager, Corporate Development & Ventures to help drive our inorganic growth strategy — partnering closely with our Sr. Director of Corporate Development & Ventures on M&A and strategic investment activity.This role is for someone who wants to own M&A execution end-to-end. You'll independently source, evaluate, and run a steady pipeline of deals, partnering with the Sr. Director and VP on our highest-stakes transactions. Once a deal signs an LOI, you become the day-to-day driver — the person Finance, Legal, HR, and the business count on to get it through close and integration.You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, People, and other business stakeholders to help shape decisions about MongoDB's position in data infrastructure and AI. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package.
