At The Breakfast Club we are an influencer caf where vloggers and social media stars come to socialize. Located right in the heart of Hollywood at 1600 Vine, The Breakfast Club will be at the forefront of influencer culture. The 7500 square foot restaurant will feature a fast casual breakfast restaurant, seating plan that can be booked in advance, and a small film studio for verified creators to use. Open daily from early morning until late-night, The Breakfast Club will be top of the list of places to visit for tourists experiencing Hollywood as well as a beacon for locals looking for a late-night bite, a leisurely brunch or a creative and vibrant spot to enjoy a meal and keep connected to their favorite social media platforms. Lastly, the menu, created by iconic chef and restaurateur Jason Neroni of Rose Caf fame, and the cocktail menu crafted by the acclaimed mixologist from Bar Lab, elevate the entire restaurant experience.
Position Summary
The Line Cook is responsible for the overall smooth operation of the line. Acts as spokesperson on the line, handles different situations as they arise, and meets with Sous Chefs and/or Executive Chef on a daily basis.

- Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices.
- Turn or stir foods to ensure even cooking.
- Season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience.
- Test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently, using methods such as tasting, smelling, or piercing them with utensils.
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes or personal judgment, using various kitchen utensils and equipment.
- Portion, arrange, and garnish food, and serve food to waiters or patrons.
- Substitute for or assist other cooks during emergencies or rush periods.
- Bake, roast, broil, and steam meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods.
- Wash, peel, cut, and seed fruits and vegetables to prepare them for consumption.
