• Grow Existing Accounts: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand customer relationships and increase revenue.
• Make an Impact: Track sales activity, monitor account performance, and contribute to achieving annual sales targets.
• Work as a Team: Partner with internal departments to ensure accurate orders, timely follow-up, and an outstanding customer experience.

• Previous experience in inside sales, account management, or a customer-focused sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to increase sales through relationship building and proactive outreach.
• Familiarity with retail buying processes or experience supporting customers in product selection.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions effectively.
• Results-driven approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
