To support a growing immigration practice, the remote Bilingual Immigration Paralegal will draft client declarations, prepare legal packets, and conduct research while ensuring clarity and accuracy in documentation. Key responsibilities Drafting and taking client declarations Preparing legal packets, including cover letters, correspondence, and forms Conducting research and gathering information for cases Required qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish Minimum of 6 months of experience in humanitarian immigration cases Experience in drafting legal documents and taking declarations Basic knowledge of immigration legal documents and processes Demonstrated ability to write clearly and accurately
