We’re looking for enthusiastic and talented Bilingual Immigration Paralegal and (or) Declarations Writer to join our dynamic team!
This role requires the candidate to be bilingual (Spanish–English)
Bilingual (English-Spanish)
Minimum of 6 months of experience in humanitarian immigration cases (VAWA, T Visa, U Visa, Family Based)
Experience in taking declarations and drafting legal documents
Basic knowledge of immigration legal documents, processes, and workflows
Drafting and taking client declarations
Prepare middle-role legal packets—including cover letters, correspondence, and forms—ensuring clarity, accuracy, and logical structure based on templates and case details.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
Strong command of written drafting, grammar, syntax, and legal style
Ability to quickly learn new processes, workflows, and legal concepts
Client-focused mindset with sensitivity to humanitarian cases
Base hourly pay between $7–$12 USD/hour, (depending on experience).
