Immigration Paralegal

We are hiring a Senior Immigration Paralegal with substantial experience preparing O-1 and EB-1 Extraordinary Ability petitions. The ideal candidate has successfully handled complex petitions from initial client intake through USCIS filing and understands how to present compelling evidence that meets USCIS standards. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-profile immigration matters involving talented individuals from around the world. We particularly welcome candidates who have prepared petitions for artists, musicians, actors, models, athletes, producers, directors, fashion professionals, influencers and digital creators, entrepreneurs, executives, researchers, scientists, physicians, and other extraordinary individuals. Responsibilities Prepare O-1 and EB-1 petitions from start to finish. Review, analyze, and organize supporting evidence. Draft attorney support letters, petition letters, and exhibit indexes. Work directly with clients to gather documentation and prepare strong petition packages. Coordinate filings and ensure compliance with USCIS requirements. Manage multiple active cases while meeting strict deadlines. Collaborate closely with attorneys on case strategy and petition development. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of employment-based immigration experience. Significant experience preparing O-1 and/or EB-1 petitions. Outstanding legal writing skills. Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to independently manage complex casework. Professional client communication skills.
