SERVPRO is seeking a Water Mitigation Technician to help homeowners and businesses recover after water damage, fire damage, mold issues, storms, and other property emergencies. This is a hands on position where no two days are alike and every project presents a new challenge. Our technicians play a critical role in helping customers during some of the most stressful situations they will ever face. What You'll Be Doing As a Restoration Technician, you will respond to property damage emergencies and assist with mitigation and restoration services for residential and commercial customers. Daily responsibilities may include: Performing water extraction and structural drying services Assisting with fire and smoke cleanup Conducting demolition and removal of damaged materials Setting up and monitoring restoration equipment Cleaning and preparing job sites for restoration work Loading, maintaining, and organizing equipment and vehicles Documenting job progress through photos and notes Communicating professionally with customers and team members Following safety procedures and company standards on every project Who Thrives in This Role?
