Supervisor Front Desk

Provide guidance and leadership as the Front Desk Supervisor and ensure consistent quality of customer service is provided to all guests in accordance with Hilton standards.

Essential duties and responsibilities include assigning and instructing front desk agents, observing performance, supervising front desk operations, resolving customer complaints, preparing and conducting daily pre-shift meetings, monitoring staff performance, assimilating into The Hilton Blue Energy culture, maintaining regular attendance, and working varying schedules.

Supportive functions may include performing other duties as assigned, completing daily checklists, pre-registering VIPs and Hilton Honors reservations, transmitting daily HHonors and airline bonus mileage accounts, preparing daily forecasts, operating office equipment, and responding promptly to guest requests for a supervisor or manager.

Specific job knowledge, skill, and ability include dealing effectively with internal and external customers, basic mathematical skills, effective listening, and the ability to see and hear to observe emergency situations.

Work experience and education requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, one year combined front desk and supervisory experience in hospitality or related industry, and additional language ability preferred.
