Job Description What You Will Do:

• *Master the specimen journey:** Take charge of order entry, specimen and material pick-up, transportation, tracking, receipt, and processing—you'll be the MVP keeping everything moving smoothly!
• *Become equipment-savvy:** Operate and maintain pre and post-analytic laboratory equipment, including laboratory automation systems. You'll get to work with cutting-edge tech that makes a real difference.
• *Be the friendly face:** Interact with patients, laboratory staff, and caregivers with genuine warmth and professionalism. Your positive attitude and courteous service will brighten everyone's day.
• *Roll up your sleeves (sometimes):** Occasionally perform phlebotomy services when needed at your site-expanding your skills and staying versatile.
• *Navigate like a pro:** Utilize various information systems to complete your tasks efficiently and keep operations running like a well-oiled machine.
