What You’ll Do Manage customer inquiries with professionalism and provide timely solutions. Maintain accurate customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Proactively identify opportunities to retain and grow customer accounts. Recommend insurance products and services that fit client needs. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless customer experiences. What We’re Looking For Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Sales-driven mindset with a desire to meet and exceed goals. Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations. Previous customer service or sales experience preferred. Must hold – or be willing to obtain – Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses (full licensing support provided).
