An industry leader with unlimited growth possibilities is searching for a strong, driven, enthusiastic, determined, and inspiring General Manager. Our restaurant made its debut in the early 90’s in Illinois. We now have 50 locations in multiple states and seek to have 500 establishments nationwide. Our business includes both company-owned locations and franchise stores. Targeting the faculty and students of colleges and universities, the majority of our dining places remain open until 3:00 a.m. or later to support late-night business, making fantastic food people connect over. That’s our thing! Our Company’s expansion has been celebrated in the late 2000s and was ranked by Chain Store Age, and rated on its overachievers listing of the Top 50 Fastest Expanding Chain Restaurants in the United States. Title of Position: General Manager
Job Description: The General Manager oversees the day-to-day operations including recruiting, building, and managing staff, plus developing a balance of a satisfying and professional work atmosphere. A reliable General Manager must have efficient people skills and the capability to integrate both areas to generate a highly productive team working towards common ambitions. Qualifications:
· A minimum of three years of general management experience for a high-volume concept is required for the General Manager
· The General Manager must be passionate in developing and mentoring others within the operation
· A strong understanding of restaurant P&L statements is required for the General Manager
· The General Manager must demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside of the workplace and always strive for 100% customer satisfaction
· Open availability is a requirement for the General Manager
