Salvage Tech I

Job Summary Copeland is seeking a Salvage Technician I to support the remanufacturing process by re-qualifying parts and ensuring inventory compliance. Responsibilities Re-qualify parts using proper tools while following all work and safety instructions. Properly store and document all completed inventory. Rotate through all jobs in the area. Promote and maintain safety and open communication throughout the facility. Inspect and gage parts. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and push or pull parts or containers frequently. Ability to read and understand job instructions. Must be able to work overtime when needed. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, essential functions assessment, and drug screen.
