As a Lead Teller within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in East Lansing, MI. Job Description Coaches, mentors, and leads tellers by example to deliver a unique customer experience, improve customer financial wellbeing, create loyalty, and increase share of wallet. Processes a variety of customer interactions. Educates customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions and identifies banking opportunities during the customer interaction, referring as appropriate. Engages customers in meaningful conversations and leads tellers by example in performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Exhibits clear communication skills, transaction handling, problem resolution, and financial education through technology and resources. Assists the Branch Manager in performance management and new‑hire selection processes. Adheres to all policies and procedures, demonstrates sound judgment within established limits, and ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
