Together we create something powerful: media that matters, growth that lasts, and a culture we are proud to build. As part of our Technology & Analytics team, the Builders and Translators , you help design the systems that turn complexity into clarity and data into action. Your work connects strategy to execution, ensuring our insights are scalable, reliable, and ready to move the business forward. In this role, you will modernize the infrastructure that powers planning, activation, attribution, and optimization across the agency, building systems that make teams faster, smarter, and more connected.
WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Data Engineer , you will play a hands-on role in building, modernizing, and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers Attention Arc's media and analytics ecosystem. This role requires deep experience working with advertising technology and data across Google Marketing Platform , specifically Display & Video 360 (DV360) and Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) . You will partner across disciplines to build scalable systems, improve workflows, and ensure media data moves efficiently from activation through reporting, attribution, and optimization. This is not a general data engineering role. We're looking for someone who understands how advertising data flows through a media agency and has firsthand experience supporting media teams, campaign reporting, measurement, and attribution.
Key Responsibilities
Experience & Technical Expertise
Required Qualifications
Credibility You apply strong technical expertise and sound judgment to build reliable, scalable systems that teams trust and depend on.
Clarity You simplify complexity by organizing systems, workflows, and communication in ways that make information easier to understand and act on.
Connection You collaborate openly across disciplines, building trust through transparency, responsiveness, and a shared commitment to solving problems together.
Care You approach your work with accountability, integrity, and empathy, considering how your systems and decisions impact both teammates and clients.
Culture & Character You bring curiosity, ownership, consistency, and a growth mindset to your work, contributing positively to the standards and culture of the team. Together, these behaviors define what it means to do great work here by building trust, driving impact, and creating a culture where people and ideas thrive.

WHAT WE OFFER Compensation: The estimated range for this role is $90,000 to $120,000 . Compensation packages are based on the skill level and experience each candidate brings to the role. We're committed to rewarding our people fairly and supporting their growth with intention.
