Financial Analyst

Join the FP&A team as a strategic finance partner supporting Finance, Legal, HR, Executive Leadership, and Marketing functions. This role works closely with senior leaders to evaluate investments, develop financial models, support planning and forecasting, and provide data‑driven recommendations that influence business decisions. Responsibilities Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis and strategic guidance Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses for new initiatives, investments, and operational decisions Support marketing performance analysis, including spend, pipeline, and ROI metrics Lead budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, variance analysis, and reporting activities Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership Collaborate cross‑functionally with Accounting, HR, Procurement, and business stakeholders Drive process improvements through FP&A tools, business intelligence, and automation solutions Qualifications 5+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (preferred) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to navigate ambiguity and develop recommendations with limited direction Experience supporting corporate functions and/or marketing teams (preferred) Familiarity with SaaS metrics, ROI analysis, and organizational cost modeling is a plus Strong customer‑service mindset and passion for solving business problems through data Ability to travel to the Bellevue area as needed Equal Opportunity Employer Averro is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
