Wood City Motors Ford & Chrysler dealership is looking for a highly qualified candidate to join our team in the office as a receptionist/administrative assistant. We are now accepting resumes and cover letters for candidates!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Dispatch drivers to deliver or pickup vehicles
- Coordinate delivery of license plates
- Perform other tasks in support of the sales, parts, service departments
- Receipt and audit payments
- Inventory entry
- Prepare paperwork for dealer trades
- Assist Office Manager and General Manager with additional administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
