Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Certified Operating Room Technician (ORT CERT) for a healthcare facility located in Torrance, California. This position involves working in a busy operating room environment, providing essential support for surgical procedures. The role requires flexibility to float between units and rotating on-call shifts, accommodating the facilitys operational needs.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certification as a Certified Operating Room Technician, valid California license in hand, minimum of 0 years of experience, and BLS certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an acute care hospital setting and familiarity with surgical instrumentation and procedures.
• Additional Information: Must be able to float between units; on-call plus rotation required. Work one Saturday shift and rotate weekly. The facility features advanced surgical technology, including robotic systems such as the Da Vinci Xi and Mako Robot, and handles a variety of complex procedures across multiple specialties. Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment supporting diverse surgical cases, with support staff available for interdisciplinary collaboration.
