Shift Hours: 12:30 PM - 9:00PM About the role We are seeking a reliable, hands‑on distribution lead to overseeing daily operations in our distribution. This position requires basic knowledge of order picking and packing. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. Your responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Train and supervise material handlers as needed. Help resolve any picking issue that may occur. Move material handlers to different zones as need it. Lifting, standing, bending, reaching, required. Process orders for Internal/External customers meet all specified handling requirements. Performs other duties as required. Required qualifications 0-1 Years with high school diploma/degree/equivalent Preferred qualifications Proficiency in WM Experience working in a Distribution center.
