Position Summary:


This position is responsible for the preventative maintenance and general upkeep on all of the company's HVAC equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:


• Change HVAC filters and maintaining coil cleanliness

• Ability to use hand and power tools to build and repair

• Work on ladders, scaffolds, platforms.

• Must be able to work independently with little direct supervision.

• Perform general cleaning of shop area.

• Guest interaction - respond in a courteous professional manner to guest questions, and complaints or requests.

• Be meticulous and highly detailed oriented.

• Maintain tools, work spaces and equipment.

• Must be able to read, understand, and use MSDS sheets.

• Follow hazardous material/disposal procedures

• Perform proper lifting techniques.

• Wear back support and other safety equipment.

• Complete checklists, work requests and other department forms.

• Respond to work requests in a timely manner

• To assist and perform any other duties management may request.
