Job Overview:

Vivid Impact is seeking an E-Commerce Print Administrator for a 6–9 month contract engagement to support our e-commerce and print production needs. This is a 1099 independent contractor position and is not eligible for employee benefits . While the initial engagement is expected to last 6–9 months, there may be opportunities for additional or longer-term work based on business needs and performance.

As an E-Commerce Print Administrator, you'll play a critical role in optimizing and managing web-ready templates for e-commerce storefronts. This role ensures seamless integration between digital and print processes, creating high-quality, print-ready files while maintaining the consistency and usability of e-commerce product listings. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver projects on time, uphold quality standards, and exceed client expectations.

What You'll Do:

• Manage print-ready files and web-ready templates tailored for e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless integration with print production processes.
• Deconstruct and reassemble customer art files using advanced template software while preserving design integrity and quality.
• Build and oversee product listings on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring quality, usability, and consistency.
• Collaborate with customer service and internal teams to ensure project specifications are fully understood and requirements are met.
• Monitor completed projects to uphold quality standards, ensuring readiness for website upload and/or print production.
• Handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously, effectively managing time to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
• Assist with other related duties as assigned, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to contribute to team success.

What We're Looking For:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Education or experience in the graphic communication or printing industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with tools like Four51 or Pageflex is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, capable of articulating ideas clearly and collaborating effectively.
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset to address challenges and improve workflows.
• Strong relationship-building abilities, with a focus on teamwork and client interaction.
• Willingness to seek guidance and ask questions to ensure clarity, accuracy, and successful project outcomes.
