Customer Service Representative

Contract: 6 Months (Potential for Full-Time Conversion) We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to support patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers through phone-based customer service and order support. Schedule Training (First 6–8 Weeks): Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Onsite) After Training: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM Hybrid work opportunity available after successful completion of training and performance requirements. Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries. Share accurate information regarding prescriptions, orders, and services. Process prescription refills and schedule medication shipments. Follow up with customers and provide next steps when needed. Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures. Work closely with team members to ensure a positive customer experience. Qualifications Previous call center experience preferred. Healthcare or pharmacy-related experience is a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems. Ability to type at least 35 words per minute. Pharmacy Technician Registration is required before or on the first day of employment. Additional Information Initial training is fully onsite in Louisville, KY. Opportunity for long-term employment based on performance.
