Qual Pac, a Pro Pac Company, in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an HR Specialist (Bilingual/Spanish) to support daily HR activities on a fast-paced production and warehouse floor. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, payroll, benefits, leave, safety, training and HR compliance. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will work with plant leadership and staffing partners to ensure accurate HR processes across shifts.
