Join our team!Position Profile: Standley Systems’ Client Care Representative oversees all aspects of customer satisfaction. This position will include answering incoming calls and live chats and communicating directly with customers and Service Technicians regarding their service calls, supply orders, and general inquiries. This position will report to the Client Care Manager.Primary Responsibilities:Answer all incoming phone calls and live chatsProvide basic information pertaining to contracts and ARCall to obtain and enter meter readingsProcess supply ordersLog service callsProcess online service callsTake and process credit card paymentsProactively monitor service calls for all technicians regarding response time, travel time, and distanceCommunicate with Field Service Managers as needed to insure timely completion of all service callsReview all completed service calls for accuracy including parts, timeliness, travel, and laborCommunicates with all 3rd party contractors on call scheduling and service call closingsLog into Live Chat on Standleys.comQualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
