RN - Telemetry

Tele Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled Tele Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Kansas City, MO. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.

Location: Kansas City, MO

Schedule:

• Must attend orientation on September 28, 29, and 30.
• 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM.
• Variable days of the week.
• Options for 36 or 48-hour workweeks; if opting for 48 hours, overtime will begin after 48 hours worked.
• Four weekend shifts required per six-week schedule block.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Telemetry nursing preferred.
• At least 1 year of Medical-Surgical nursing experience is preferred.

Licensure and Certification Requirements:

• Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Active ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
• Missouri or Compact RN license required.

Floating Requirements:

Willingness to float to other units, including Medical-Surgical as needed.

Orientation:

Orientation is scheduled based on the start date mentioned above.

Credential Submission:

All credentials are due by the Wednesday prior to the start date.

Additional Requirements:

• Successful candidates will have an Occupational Health appointment before the start date. This includes a drug screen, TB test, and physical examination.
