Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Summary Boutique thriving law firm is seeking to hire an experienced Legal Assistant to provide administrative legal support to two partners and one other attorney. Responsibilities include heavy phone coverage, calendar management/scheduling meetings, filing, and arranging domestic and international travel. Prepare and proof legal documents along with organizing and distributing the documents, enter time, prepare and process bills, facilitate deadlines and provide timely reminders and build relationships with clients to facilitate the highest level of client support. Qualifications The qualified candidate must have a college degree plus 3+ years’ experience as a legal assistant at a law firm and familiarity with legal documents, terminology and time entry system. Must be a true team player with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have strong technical skills. Must be able to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
