Experienced Painter

Job Description We are currently seeking an experienced painter to join our team at Housing Hub in Saint Paul, MN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting and residential maintenance, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing high-quality work. Responsibilities: Prepare surfaces for painting, including patching holes, sanding, and priming Apply paint to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers Perform touch-ups and finish work as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate effectively with team members and clients Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in residential painting Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent attention to detail Reliable transportation About Us Housing Hub is a property management company based in Saint Paul, MN.
