Senior Teller & Branch Operations Lead

TFCU is seeking a Senior Teller at the Volpe Branch to supervise daily MSR/Teller activities and deliver superior customer service. The role includes opening new accounts, cross-selling products, handling complex balancing, and supporting the MSR/Tellers with various tasks. The Senior Teller will respond to member inquiries, educate members on TFCU products, and ensure accurate processing of all teller transactions.
