Overview: Join a dedicated healthcare team as an Accreditation Manager specializing in Oncology. This role is pivotal in coordinating all accreditation activities for the oncology service line, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading quality improvement initiatives. You will serve as a key resource for clinical and administrative leaders, guiding the interpretation and application of accreditation requirements while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all oncology accreditation and certification processes, developing action plans to address any deficiencies.
• Manage multiple accreditation projects, assemble and lead teams, and provide guidance on reporting and compliance.
• Organize Cancer Committee meetings, including agenda preparation, minute documentation, attendance tracking, and centralized record keeping.
• Coordinate submission of compliance documentation and ensure all deadlines are met for accreditation surveys.
• Serve as liaison with accrediting bodies, interpreting regulatory policies and standards.
• Collaborate with oncology leadership to maintain compliance with TJC, CMS, state, and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead internal quality management programs through metrics tracking, audits, trend analysis, and outcome reporting.
• Prepare and distribute monthly oncology service line metrics and dashboards to leadership and committee members.
• Present quality data reports to quality boards and committees as needed.

Education and Experience:

• Current Registered Nurse license required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of 3 years oncology nursing experience preferred.
• At least 3 years healthcare experience with a focus on regulatory compliance and audits.
• Experience with survey processes and accreditation submissions preferred.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• CPHQ certification is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Requires good hearing, vision, and verbal communication. Prolonged sitting and manual dexterity to operate office equipment are necessary.
