Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a mixed inpatient and outpatient setting
• Focus primarily on inpatient physical therapy care and treatment
• Conduct inpatient evaluations as needed to support the outpatient therapy team
• Deliver therapy services Monday through Friday on 8-hour day shifts

Required Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma state Physical Therapy license required at time of submission
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required at time of submission
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy settings

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience performing inpatient physical therapy evaluations
• Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling, including a 4-day workweek if needed
