The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Contract Management Team Lead in Oklahoma City, OK. Position Responsibilities Exercises appropriate signature authority and participates in negotiating and contracting for the sale and support of aerospace products, services, technologies, financing and the licensing of intellectual property to support company strategies. Presents and develops complex business solutions to preserve and expand the business. Represents the company in external negotiations to a diverse set of customers. Prepares, negotiates, executes, interprets and administers legally binding contractual agreements of a complex nature for The Boeing Company. Coordinates and partners with other internal functional disciplines. Summarizes complex contractual issues, and develops creative solutions for contractual risk mitigation. Builds effective customer relationships. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience leading or managing proposal development and negotiating government contracts. 5+ years of experience building, developing and maintaining customer relationships. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher. Conflict of Interest Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process. Pay & Benefits Pay range: $102,850 – $139,150. Applications for this position will be accepted until Jul. 13, 2026.
