This full-time position begins in August and runs through the 2026-2027 school year, offering you the chance to make a meaningful impact on young learners at a pivotal stage.

Bring your skills as a CCC-SLP or CFY-SLP and help students develop their communication abilities. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while managing a manageable elementary caseload, devoting your expertise over a consistent 37.5-hour work week.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Hold or eligible for CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year).
• Virginia licensure or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
• Passion for supporting the language and social-emotional growth of elementary-aged children.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students’ speech and language needs within the elementary school setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address each student’s goals.
• Provide direct therapy and consultative support for students, teachers, and families.
• Collaborate with educators, administration, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and required billing practices.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to IEP development and progress reviews.
