Quality ManagerThe Quality Manager is responsible for managing the daily quality control responsibilities of specific projects to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the established standards. Responsibilities include:Communicate with Architect regarding project related questions/problemsCoordinate with Superintendent to ensure material is stored properlyCoordinate and check material delivered to jobsite for accuracy and conditionReview product data to verify products are installed to manufacturer's specifications so that warranties from the manufacturer will be honoredResearch common material concernsMeet with Superintendent weekly to determine scheduleRecord and take notes at Pre-Construction Meetings and Owner's MeetingsFollow-up with Subcontractors to ensure proper warranties are metSupervise inspectors, technicians, subcontractors, labs, and tests ran on the jobsiteAssist Superintendent with job safety and cleanlinessAssist Architect and Superintendent with coordination of punch listCoordinate with the Subcontractor to make certain that products submitted match specifications and plansCoordinate lead times and installation times and give to the Superintendent to input into the project scheduleCommunicate with Subcontractors regarding submittals, RFIs, scope changes, long lead times, and VE items listDocument RFIs for every projectKeep logs for the following: drawings, meetings, close out, delays, RFI, Submittals, Punch list, Redline / As BuiltDistribute documents, i.e., RFI, Submittals, Changes, Updated Drawings, addendums to the necessary project team member/SubcontractorManage warranty callsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred5+ years in Construction industry preferredKnowledge of a wide range of construction materials, methods, and techniquesProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and WordFamiliar with Autodesk SoftwareUnderstands CPM schedulingStrong communication skills, both written and oralDriving Requirement: This position requires operation of a Company-owned, rented, or personal vehicle for Company business. The employee must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company policy and applicable insurance requirements. Schedule: 40 hours per week, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday – Thursday; 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Friday G G Enterprises
