The role focuses on meeting physicians and patient needs, building lasting relationships with healthcare providers, and driving growth within assigned territories. Responsibilities Accountability, positive attitude, resilience, curiosity, fearlessness, creativity, drive, and confidence. Demonstrate self‑motivation, functioning independently with initiative, entrepreneurship, and autonomy while achieving short- and long‑term goals. Develop a deep understanding of behavioral health/psychiatric disease states, products, market dynamics, and practice settings. Apply product knowledge, clinical studies, protocols, and guidelines to deliver compelling information in a sales environment. Develop and execute territory business plans for assigned brands while achieving consistent sales growth. Promote products ethically and in compliance with the company’s sales process and approved marketing strategy. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across multiple settings. Qualifications & Skills Sales ability and some sales experience preferred. Ability to understand and communicate highly scientific and technical medical information. Excellent communication/interpersonal skills. Passion for excellence and embrace competition. Demonstrated success in persuasion, influence, and negotiation. Documented leadership ability. Effective administrative/organizational skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
